Flipgrid:

If you are working on Flipgrid over the weekend, DO NOT record into it. Record your video on your regular camera on your phone. I will show you how to up load it to Flipgrid on Tuesday. 

If you plan to video half, then have your partner video half, make sure you know how to edit them together, as that's not something I'm knowledgeable about.

Classwork from 10/4

For students who owe the classwork from 10/4/18, items to be completed are listed below:

1. Page 260 Number 4 ONLY! Answer on your bellwork paper.

2. Page 261 Vocabulary Strategy. Answer on your bellwork paper.

This work must be handed in by Monday for recovery of credit.

Instructions for 10/3 and 10/4

Bellwork & Classwork:

Complete this in your notebook for each article. You will have 2 separate entries. Do each article one at a time, page 247 & 256:

1.   Title of article and author

2.   Three important vocabulary words from the article. Include the definition, either the given one or in your own words

3.   List three important details or fact from the article in complete sentences. Explain why they are important.

4.   Write a summary of the article in one paragraph. Include in your summary the main idea from the text and the three details to support your summary. Use the three vocabulary words in your writing.
